Dr Bowers and Miss Janie always treat me with respect and like a human. They've never made me feel bad about my needs. They're a great Dr and Nurse team with exceptional bedside manners. During my May visit Dr Bowers told me he was proud of me, and I have never had a Dr tell me they were proud of me. Even with having to add new medications or refilling ongoing meds I've never been made to feel like a statistic or less than under Dr Bowers care. I appreciate the compassion and understanding that he has for me as well as others.

I was so happy when Dawson Med. had opened. I was a previous patient and was in desperate need for a Primary Physician, Ms. Taylor was very welcoming and extremely helpful she addressed every issue I was having. I was aware of the old practice not allowing the new office to obtain my medical records but Ms.Taylor was very thorough and I could notice the difference after just one visit. However, I have been calling for a week and the message says the phone has been temporarily disconnected? I'm very concerned because I need refills on some of my important medications. Would someone from the office contact me asap so we can resolve this matter. Everyone of the employees are very nice and attentive. I've never had to wait and I find comfort in having friendly health care and I attend to refer people to the practice. I've been calling for a week and it says the number has been temporarily disconnected that's why I am very concerned about not being able to contact the office.
