Caitlin Jacobs, FNP-C

Caitlin Jacobs, MSN, FNP-C, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Dawson Med in Wilmington, North Carolina. Caitlin provides excellent comprehensive primary care and urgent care to all her patients.

Caitlin has over fifteen years of nursing experience. During her career in health care, she realized she could have more of an effect on patient’s lives through the prevention and management of chronic disease in primary care. As a result, she has a goal of helping people live happier, healthier, more functional, and fulfilled lives.

She advocates chronic disease management and seeks to improve the daily quality of life for those with diabetes, heart disease, or hypertension. Your highly trained medical professional provides customized care for chronic conditions, as treatment can be adjusted as needs shift and change. 

Her love of CrossFit and all things health and wellness give Caitlin a life perspective she wishes to convey to her patients. Her fitness journey has taught her how movement is medicine and food is fuel. She brings this passion to her work at Dawson Med.
